If you are ordering floaters, you must order 5 or more of the same design/color/fragrance to obtain fragranced floaters. If you are ordering one or two as testers for a larger future order, I will be happy to send you a tester of the fragrances you wish, but it won’t be in the candle. The time required to make one or two candles of several designs is causing undo delays to all PAM DESIGNS orders.

Floaters are not individually packaged. They are shipped in bags - as many as can safely be placed per bag, to save you shipping cost and manufacture time. If you would like your floaters individually wrapped, we have upscale cello bags for this purpose. Please email us first for this option! There is an additional charge for this service. I apologize for any inconvenience...

Our shipping calculator has no way of knowing if your purchases will fit in a flat rate USPS priority box. Always trying to save you money, we do use them!!! If you'd like to know if your items will fit in one of these boxes, email us FIRST! If they will fit, we'll set up a custom order for you to save you shipping dollars! If you place your order before emailing us, you will be charged the normal priority rate whether your order fits in a flat rate box or not, and there will be no shipping refund for the difference. No exceptions! Refunds take too much time away from manufacture, in addition to the service fees charged by the processors.

4/21/08 - Every year we close from August 1st until the first or second week of October. There is no shipping during this time. No exceptions, as we are away from the shop during this time. If you have a function during this time, or right after we reopen, please do not wait until the last minute to order. If you do, and manufacture time is filled, we may contact you about having to cancel your order because we cannot meet your requirement date. We would really hate to have to do this, but it may be necessary. Thank you for your consideration.

7/02/08 - The price of the gel we use is now over 2 times the cost it was a year ago. Additionally, all the supplies we use for packaging have increased significantly, as well as the means for getting them here. Although we are dedicated to keep the cost as low as possible on our products, we will be forced to increase prices when we return from shutdown in October. We will start changing prices during shutdown. NOW IS THE TIME TO PURCHASE to save price increases!
