Gel floaters are the perfect addition to special occasions and initmate evenings and dinners! Many of our designs have now been copied and are available on other websites, in both gel and wax, selling at between $3.50 - 6.00/each, with less than half the burn time! These are an excellent value! And if you can even find candles the size and uniqueness of our pool floaters, they can run as high as $20.00 each! As with all gel candles, the flame burns lower, allowing you to add other decorations safely! They glow from "within" while burning, and give the illusion of "dyeing" the water the longer they burn! These are the longest burning floaters you will find anywhere. Some customers have written to say their purchase lasted for as long as 20 hours, each candle. All of our floaters are made by hand, in four to six stages. The line was developed several years ago because we could not find floaters on the market that burned long enough to last through our own family functions without having to be replaced! Unlike any other gel floaters on the market at the time, we were the first to insure that each design had a wicked tab which stabilizes the wick and prevents it from falling over which can extinguish the candle or ignite the entire top surface - a great safety feature! The only floater without wick tabs are the diamonds, but they have been engineered with rigid wicks that will stay upright until they reach the very bottom point. AND the entire outline of the candle remains thru the entire burn, and doesn’t end up spilling over or looking like a "blob"! Each design’s burn time has been calculated based on burning 50 samples of the final design of each candle. Individual results may vary. Check them all out! There’s something for everyone’s style, and new being added all the time!
PLEASE NOTE: If you intend to order 40 or more of any one style floater for a special occasion, you must place your order one month ahead of the date you would like to receive them - two months if we have to color match, or there is a very specific shade of a color that you need(You must send a color swatch! No swatch to match color, no return accepted for wrong shade! We supply hundreds of sample orders and do not retain gel from each sample order for a POSSIBLE larger order later.)! Our floater line is our busiest, and to insure that we can get your candles to you when you need them, advance ordering time is needed. As of 1/13/06, we will cancel any order that does not have enough leadtime for us to satisfactorily meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding. Please Note: As of 11/12/05, due to the high volume of orders requesting one of several designs, each fragranced in different scents, if you want your floaters fragranced, you must order 5 or more of one design and color. Each fragrance/color requires a separate set up, and if you are only ordering one, because of the small amount of gel and temperature for adding fragrance, without the gel hardening, constant attention is required. This causes undo delay for all PAM DESIGNS orders, as no other products can be made during that time. If you are ordering one or two of several designs in different colors, please by advised that your order can take up to 4 weeks, as the same conditions apply. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience. If you still want to order only one, and want a fragrance, I would be happy to supply a sample of the fragrance. I apologize for any inconvenience.
